Our Mission is to provide a place of welcome and hospitality. We are seeking a decent quality of life and living circumstances. Another one of our missions is to lessen the difficulties for refugees/asylums towards integration. Our focus is always to work for social justice. Our vision is to make a society/community that promotes and fosters the dignity and well-being of everyone.

Our main aims as a community are to:

- Assist Bhutanese refugees/asylums to become self-reliant and independent 

- Work in collaboration with refugee resettlement agencies for decent resettlement and job opportunities

- Engage in community services with the aim of assisting vulnerable refugees and disadvantaged group of the community, especially the elderly, disabled and children.

- Promote and preserve our cultural heritage, social and traditional values within the changing environment

- Build a healthy relationship with other communities in Arizona through mutual understanding and cooperation
